Stannington Village WW1 Experience

Thrilled to be part of the evening entertainment with Laura and the Paul James Band

At 10am on Saturday 10th of November the village will host a World War One Living experience featuring a working WW1 tank, a replica WW1 monoplane, David Allton and The Living History Team will be in attendance to talk about life as WW1 medics there will also be other WW1 re-enactors, a WW1 trench, 16th Lancers Cavalry display and 29th Field Kitchen. There will also be a Vickers machine gun and WW1 effects from the Blyth Battery.
Food and crafts from local businesses will be available.

Visit the spectacular WW1 commemorative flower festival in St Marys Church 

Ticket prices are £5.00 for adults
Children under 16 free entry

Your ticket will allow entry into the both the Flower Festival and WW1 Experience 

At 7.30pm there will be a themed WW1 dance held in the Village Hall.
